LIST | Persons who can go out during mandatory COVID community quarantine

On Wednesday, the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases revealed a complete list of persons exempted from the mandatory home isolation.


Here’s the complete list of exemptions from the mandatory home quarantine:

BASIC SERVICES

Medical Services
  1. All DOH Officials and Staff
  2. All health and service personnel stationed at LGU Health Facilities
  3. All PRC vehicles bearing the Red Cross Logo and Staff with Red Cross IDs
  4. Core Staff from the WHO Country and Regional Offices
  5. Doctors and their drivers
  6. Hospital Staff and Employees including janitorial services
  7. Medical Professionals and other Employees
  8. Private Caregivers
Funeral Services
  1. Employees
  2. Immediate family of the deceased

Emergency Responders
  1. BFP
  2. DRRMC
  3. DSWD
  4. Barangay Health Emergency Response Team (BHERT)
  5. LGU Officials

Security Services
  1. PNP, AFP, PCG, BJMP, NBI, OTS, BOC, BI, PPA, MMDA, and other Law Enforcement Agency Personnel
  2. Company Security Officers and Security Guards
  3. Force Multipliers (Brgy Officials, Brgy Tanods)

DAILY ESSENTIALS

Banks
  1. Bank Employees
  2. Armored Vehicle Crew

Money Transfer Services
  1. Employees

Groceries/Convenience Stores
  1. Employees

Public Markets
  1. Vendors

Pharmacies/Drugstores
  1. Pharmacists and Employees

Food Chain/Restaurants
  1. Staff and Crew

ESSENTIAL GOODS

Delivery personnel (2 including the driver) of cargoes
Employees working at food and medical manufacturing establishments


UTILITIES

Telecommunications
  1. Key Officials and Employees
  2. Employees of Cable and Internet Service Providers

Water Companies
  1. Key Officials and Employees
  2. Water Delivery and Refilling Stations Crew

Energy Companies
  1. Power Plant Maintenance Employees
  2. Petroleum Tanker Drivers

  2. Securities and Exchange Commission
  3. Philippine Stock Exchange
  4. Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corporation
  5. Philippine Securities Settlement Corporation
  6. Philippine Depository and Trust Corporation

DOLE Skeletal Staff for Tulong Hanapbuhay sa Ating disadvantage/displaced Workers (TUPAD)

Senators and Congressmen with their CoS

Department Secretaries, Undersecretaries, Assistant Secretaries

Bureau Directors

Ombudsman and Deputy Ombudsman

Unified ID Cards issued by PCOO are required starting March 21, 2020
