Boxing champ Manny Pacquiao and local celebrity Kris Aquino are included in the list of the Philippines' top 14 taxpayers for taxable year 2014. The list (with values rounded off to the nearest hundred thousands), announced by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), is as follows:

- Jacinto C. Ng Jr. (Oakwood Premier Joy-Nostalg Center Manila) - 66.9M Php
- Kristina Bernadette C. Aquino - 54.5M Php
- Ronaldo R. Soliman (real estate) - 53.5M Php
- William Schultz (Coca-Cola) - 51.3M Php
- Ramon S. Ang (San Miguel Corp.) - 51.1M Php
- Lauro C. Baja III (UBS Philippines) - 50.7M Php
- Eduardo M. Conjuangco Jr. - 50.5M Php
- George T. Chua - 49.2M Php
- Sharon C. Panginilan - 49.1M Php

Leading the list is Rebisco and Asia United Bank (AUB) owner Jacinto Ng who paid 280.1M Php in taxes last year. The country's boxing icon Pacquiao landed as the 2nd top-paying individual in the country with approximately 210.3M Php contributed to the government's coffers. Presidential sister Aquino is on the 6th spot with 54.5M Php paid for the services and projects of the Aquino administration. San Miguel boss Ramon Ang also made it to the list with 51.1M Php taxes paid.
